Returns

At iCareSkin, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain skincare or personal-use items cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within
10–15 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
  • Non-refundable items: Final sale products, promotional items, and gift cards.
