🇦🇪 UAE Orders
Orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates are domestic shipments and do not require customs clearance. All applicable UAE taxes are included in the product price where required.
🌍 International Orders
Orders shipped to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman may pass through customs inspection as part of the normal import process. However, all international shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

Product Compliance
All products sold by iCareSkin comply with applicable UAE regulations. Products shipped internationally must also meet the import requirements of the destination country.
If a product cannot legally be imported into your destination country, our customer support team will contact you before shipping to arrange an alternative item or a full refund.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email and/or SMS containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may temporarily pause while your shipment is being processed by customs. This is normal and your package will continue its journey once customs clearance has been completed.
