| Customs Clearance | International orders may be processed through customs before delivery. As all orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, no additional customs payment is required from you. |
| Out for Delivery | Your parcel is on its way and should arrive soon. |
| Delivered | Your order has been successfully delivered. |

Tracking may pause while your shipment is being processed by the courier or customs. Updates usually resume within 24–48 hours.
Can I change my delivery address?
Address changes may be possible before your order is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Do I need to pay customs fees?
No. All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are included in the amount you pay at checkout.
