Ease Ready right out of the box, simply connect it to a Propane or LPG gas cylinder and get cooking! Control Turn the heat up and down easily with the heat control dial. Convenience No need to clean up fuel residue after cooking! Note: This oven is compatible with Propane or LPG gas cylinder. It is NOT compatible with Natural Gas line. The gas regulator and hose are not included in the box. It requires low pressure 30 mbar gas regulator and 8-10 mm hose that can be easily supplied by a gas supplier or gas station. The Pizza Peel is not included with the model, please purchase separately. We recommend an Ooni Pizza Peel for getting your pizzas in and out of your oven with ease!
