Shipping Policy
At iCareSkin.shop, we are committed to delivering your skincare products quickly, safely, and efficiently. We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery country, location, package weight, and selected shipping method. Any available free shipping promotions will also be applied automatically during checkout.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE Time) are usually processed on the same business day.
- Orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Customs & Import Duties
All shipments are sent on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are already included in the product prices shown on our product pages. You will not be charged any additional customs or import fees upon delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking information to monitor your shipment until delivery.
